Al endorsed by the DFL Veterans Caucus!

Al was thrilled to cap off an incredible week with the endorsement of the DFL veterans caucus, chaired by Jim Bootz.
And the Vets for Franken group (which launched with a terrific rally featuring Sen. Bob Kerrey - video here!) was especially proud of this endorsement.

Veterans for Franken fully appreciate the endorsement of the DFL Veteran’s Caucus. Al won this with a very strong majority. This reflects the caucus screening process which looks closely at candidates stands on issues effecting veterans and military families, their history of committment to the veteran’s community and the overall strength of the candidate.
Al Franken is a military family member and has given veterans an important role in his campaign for the U.S. Senate. We look forward to working closely with the Vet Caucus in helping Al become Minnesota’s next Senator in November.
