The Uptake: Franken: First Time FCC Has Allowed Discrimination On The Internet

Speaking on the weak FCC rules supporting Net Neutrality, Franken said that “This is the first time that the FCC has allowed discrimination on the internet.” Franken calls the fight for net neutrality, the First Amendment fight of this generation.
